  1. ATITLAN STUDIOS eGift Card is valid for a consecutive period of 12 months from the date of issue. The gift card will automatically expire at the end of that period and any remaining balance will be cancelled.
  2. ATITLAN STUDIOS eGift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
  3. You may use the ATITLAN STUDIOS eGift Card to make purchases on our website and over WhatsApp with our Customer Service. 
  4. ATITLAN STUDIOS eGift Card cannot be redeemed on other websites or in other stores selling our products.
  5. ATITLAN STUDIOS eGift Card can be ordered online using the currency denominations available on www.atitlanstudios.com. The maximum value of a purchase is 2,000£.
  6. ATITLAN STUDIOS eGift Card may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the value on the card on payment of the difference.
  7. When you use the ATITLAN STUDIOS eGift Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. Change will not be given. You will not earn any interest on the balance. 
  8. You may use your remaining balance within the original expiration date of your ATITLAN STUDIOS eGift Card. 
  9. All refunds of goods purchased with the ATITLAN STUDIOS eGift Card will be made in accordance with our refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  10. If any product purchased with an ATITLAN STUDIOS eGift Card is subsequently returned, any refund will be added to the remaining balance on the eGift Card. Cash will not be given in lieu.
  11. If your gift card had expired by the time you returned the goods, we may give you an additional 14 days to use up your balance.
  12. You may only redeem your gift card for a purchase in the same currency for which it was purchased. 
  13. ATITLAN STUDIOS eGift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  14. ATITLAN STUDIOS will cancel the value of the ATITLAN STUDIOS eGift Card if we fail to receive payment from the purchaser’s bank or card company for the initial purchase of the gift card. Further action may be taken where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected.
  15. ATITLAN STUDIOS reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept an ATITLAN STUDIOS eGift Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
  16. ATITLAN STUDIOS reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

Care Instructions

Use the delicate cycle on your washing machine or handwash. Use a neutral detergent (Woolite works well). Cold (20°C) water only. No tumble drying. Wash the entire garment. In case of contact with acids or strong alkalis, rinse with water immediately. Only dry in shade away from direct sunlight. Avoid washing the belts.
