Shipping and Returns
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification.
We might be able to alter the order or the shipping address after the order is placed if you contact us on the day of purchase, and as soon as possible.
Please note that shipping time is calculated from the item's dispatch date.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returned or exchanged items must be unworn and in perfect condition. Atitlan Studios reserves the right to refuse refunds on items deemed unsuitable for resale. This doesn't affect your statutory rights for faulty items.
- Non-sale items can be exchanged or refunded within 28 days of receipt.
- Sale items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
Atitlan Studios provides free domestic (UK) shipping for reasonable exchanges, subject to our discretion.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged, in which case Atitlan Studios covers the return shipping. Refunds, minus any shipping costs, will be credited within 5 days of receiving the return and should show within 10 days. You'll receive a return confirmation email at this time. If an exchange isn't possible due to unavailability, your original payment method will be refunded. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Atitlan Studios isn't liable for shipping loss or damage of returned goods and doesn't refund international duties and taxes. Contact your local customs bureau for details on reclaiming international duties and taxes.
